Worst place to select, I saw the room and was terrible...asked for refund but there was no response

very bad room provided. ceiling was not proper. wall putty was in bad condition.

It was a worst experience ever we had face.. Here's a possible review: "Disappointing experience at University hotel The room was unhygienic, with dirty linens and stains on the carpet. The bathroom was also poorly maintained, with hair in the sink and an unpleasant odor. Unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Would not recommend." Completely bad experience

bhut hi ganda hotel hai......staff drink kiye hue rhte h....pura hotel smell kr rha tha...or room ki to bta ni skta.... itna khrab k lyf me itna ganda hotel ni dekha.

The experience was terrible. hotel staff was very rude and arrogant. They don't know how to treat customers. Too much disturbing.

पंखा बंद था लाइट 1 चालू था ओभी डायरेक था बंध नहीं होता था ऐसी का रिमोट नहीं था और डोर मेट नहीं था और बॉस बेसिन जाम था पानी जाता नहीं था और होटल का बोर्ड नहीं था ढूंढने में बहुत दिक्कत हुआ

Very bad treatment worst rooms not like the pictures very bad management

There is no physical existence of Hotel University, they asked us to stay in Hotel Green Shapher, washroom too dirty, towel bed sheet are yellowish in colour, no ujala neel on them. They have "khatmal" in their rooms to suck blood.

The room did not match the images shown. It was not clean, the geyser was not working, the tv was faulty, and the bedsheet was dirty and uncomfortable. No i haven't click images of that

It was a good hotel, it was a great facility, everything was good, we had good food, the room was clean.

It was a very good hotel, all the staff was good, the food was good, the room was excellent, the washroom was very clean, the whole hotel was fine, whenever i come to delhi, i have to stay in this hotel only.

Even after we called before, when we reached, the room wasn't ready and cleaned. They took time to clean the room after we reached. However that wasn't up to the mark. Rooms aren't well maintained. Looks very dirty. Damped room. No geyser, dirty washroom. We didn't even feel like staying inside the room, so we kept our luggage and roamed outside.

Nice stay, everything was great here and happy with staff and family. Breakfast was also very nice and hygiene and everything was great and stay was great i will recommend everyone to come to stay here and we great and happy to give this kind of hospitality
