Check time was 12 in noon but they gave us room at 4:00 even their room ac was leaking and water falling on the floor poor services I have ever seen i was so pissed off horrible experience never recommend anyone to go here worst place .. to stay even the honour also don't knw how to talk with customer....

Room is clean. Washroom is neat. Response is good. But they are providing breakfast after 8.30 am. Hence I didn’t utilise it. I one lunch and one dinner. Food is tasty. But no coffee even at 7.30 am telling that milk is not available.

location is nearer to model town metro station. room is good. neat and tidy. bed sheets and towels to be maintained which are not good. hotel receptionist asked me to show the whatsapp booking message then he took my phone and typed 5 rating by himself. this act is not liked by us.. photos of fabexpress pp residency👆👆👆

Very average guest house, not a hotel. Breakfast has very limited options, you can order paratha or poha or a sandwich. That’s all. You can’t have 2 choices. Very nosey front desk. Housekeeping is good and prompt but room cleanliness needs detail; may be need pest control; could spot few roaches.

It’s an average hotel, rooms are ok, could spot few roaches, restrooms are ok, front desk is unnecessarily rude and too many calls. Disturbed and Woke me up at 8 am to ask when am gonna check out while the checkout timing is 12 noon. Too much adamant about it everything; not a great service/hospitality attitude. House keeping is great, food is good. Issues just with the front desk & cleanliness.
