The room was seen as good at first glance, but it was not cleaned properly. They don't provide any facilities unless repeatedly asked. They (I think) don't entertain online bookings. I saw many people complaining at reception.
No shaving kit, tooth brush and paste. No lift.
Though I booked a Deluxe room, they provided a small room.
Bed sheet was not clean or not changed, dirt was hidden, many insects in room and on bed
AC was good, power backup was available.
Don't go for a complementary breakfast, it is very bad. also they will not serve you unless you request repeatedly and also after 10:30. No much choice and quality is bad. Seema like they get from street shop and serve in their plate. I had a bad experience and was very poor in quality, quantity and variety and options
You won't get proper service during morning before around 9-10 am
At night I don't know as I have not used it.
The room smelled of cigarettes when I got it. Room curtain was detached and sunny area could not be covered due to this.
Location also is not good
