"Galaxy Hotel. A very good hotel with excellent staff and lively, friendly behavior. All facilities were well-suited for families, even though the area has poor road connectivity to Dwarka. Breakfast and other services were well-coordinated and smooth. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!"

The room was very small. It seemed way bigger by the the picture on the app. It was neat and clean but without any windows for natural light. The air conditioner worked but I wasn't able to control it by the remote available in the room. No hot water in the tap either. Room service was good. The palam metro station is not far away. It is okay to stay if you're looking for a budget friendly stay and do not intend to spend much time in the hotel

Stay experience at galaxy rooms

It's located on a busy street in between local shops like garage, liquor shops, odd jobs.. It's on the 2nd and 3rd floor but there is a lift .Staff is friendly and co operative however there lack of windows and ventilation. Rooms are clean, so are the toilets It's good if you are going to be for a short stay

Very good for budget stay.

Treebo trend galaxy rooms have very good stay facility keeping budget into consideration. The rooms were decently maintained. Mr. Omprakash at the reception is a very warm host and very co operative. Breakfast was average. Not upto the mark. Rating one star less for the same. Overall well recommended!

Location worst at the drainage water flowing to road. Very limited variety of breakfast. Leakage in bathroom n every time wetly. Tv was not operational cos cable operation was not charged. Beddings not properly cleaned. But yes the staff was good n trying well to their own capacity. Finally it was poor experience n i will avoid booking

Good Stay

The staff is really cooperative and polite. I did not face any difficulties here. The room’s floor was a little dusty when I checked in but it was cleaned by the hotel staff. Overall a good budget friendly stay.

"I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered Room 303, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. There was a visible thin layer of dirt on the floor, and both the bedsheet and pillow covers had a yellow tint, which was disturbing. It looked like they hadn’t been changed or properly cleaned in a long time. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless management seriously improves their housekeeping standards."

This was my worst experience with treebo galaxy. Because they are maintenance the hotel well. And not treating guest in polite way. Especially breakfast is very terrible. I got food poisoning as well. They just throwing food to like dog nobody bothering if we go for breakfast and no buffet concept. It's totally 0 value. Please don't take bookings for this hotel. I didn't take any pictures

Embellish inn was a disaster. There was no water in d hotel. The rooms were dirty. It was total waste of money. Will approach the consumer forum for refund. Backwash. Not required. Mmt will face d music in d court
