Breakfast was included in my booking but the hotel didn't serve the breakfast.

The staff was not cooperative at all. There was absence of basic amenities and everything needed to be asked like towel, bucket. The room was very very dirty during checkin. No taps,shower, pot was dysfunctional. Intoto it was a terrible experience.

Your hotel staff is not supporting, there was only bed inside the room, water tap was broken in washroom, there was not bucket & mug in washroom, after enter the room they provide us after an hour. I booked my room with breakfast, but they didn't given, when I saw him booking details, they said talk to Make My Trip. when I said him to cancel my booking, they said as you wish.. So overall it's very terrible, very poor, very bad.. There was not any facilities, In washroom water Tap broken, no bucket & mug, shop, & towel. They didn't give drinking water, they didn't give complementary breakfast. Overall It's a very bad & poor stay..

Poor Staff behaviour, got my breakfast at 11 AM checkout time. Small and dirty room with faulty TV and no bucket in washroom.

Although the check-in time was scheduled for 12:00 PM, I didn’t receive my room until 1:30 PM. Additionally, the staff was quite rude and treated me poorly. No clean rooms, no helpful staff, no telephones working, tv remote was not working, ac remote was not working, they gave us a wet towel to use and paid water bottle, useless wifi.

cleaning problem on towel and bedsheet i noticed that the bedsheets were not clean at all and towels were also not clean. But smooth check-in and check-out, decent behaviour or staff, wifi problem. Good

Stay was good. Nice bed. Nice bathroom. I have nlt taken any service from hotel staff..so cant say...othetwise rooms ac was not working. Although it was in 2nd floor..so it waas cold. Tv was great.

To be frank, I have faced difficulty in finding the location, as their is no name "super collection of nirman vihar" written on any building, if it is done, then it would have been more easy ro figure out the spot, else the stay is perfect for a single traveller, friendly staff, cleanliness maintained everything good..
