REVIEW OF FAB HOTEL IS VERY MUCH NEGATIVE. I WAS HAVING BOOKING FROM 29/10/2025 to 03/11/2025. BED SHEETS, PILLOW COVER WERE DIRTY . & WAS CHANGED AFTER SO MANY HOURS OF REQUEST. IN THE STAY OF 6 DAYS NO BED SHEETS WERE CHANGED. AFTER SO MANY REQUESTS ONLY CHANGED ONCE. TOILET WAS NOT CLEANED IN SIX DAYS. EVEN AFTER GIVING THEM KEYS FOR ROOM CLEANING, CLEANING WAS NOT UNDERTAKEN. WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED. YOU SHOULD HAVE TO DELIST SUCH HOTEL. SECTS WERE THERE. ONE ANOTHER BOOKING ON BEHALF OF MY FRIEND WAS MADE BY ME FROM 30/10/2025 TO 02/11/2025. THE HOTEL OWNER BLUNTLY REFUSED TO ALLOT THEM ROOMS & AFTER THE LONG COMPLAINTS FOR WHOLE DAY ON 29/10/2025 ANOTHER PROPERTY WAS ALLOTED BY YOU. THIS TYPES OF HOTELS & MANAGEMENT TARNISH YOUR IMAGE IN THE EYES OF TRAVELLERS.

Hotel staff is very uncooperative. Even they have not allowed check in 1 hour earlier Even for 1 room whereas we had booking for 3 rooms. Instead they were trying to avoid check in so that they can cancel or change our rooms and allott to walk in guests on higher amount because there were rush for stay in the area looking to a grand function of Arya Samaj. Any how, they have allotted the rooms which are so filthy, linen was not changed before check in, there were no soap, no towels, no drinking water provided without complaints. Pillow covers were dirty which they not changed even after complaints. Broken Mirrors were placed in washroom, toilets were dirty. For breakfast, they served only one grilled sandwich that too without any requests at 7 am only when we all were resting. As in the night there were too much noise in the hotel by other guests and hotel staff couldn't bother to stop this. Now onwards, I will never book hotel from Make my Trip or Fab Hotel. I will also deinstall your app and not going to avail any services you are providing. This time it's bitter experience.

IT WAS HORRIBLE STAY. No cleaning for my 6 days Stay. RUDE BEHAVIOUR of Reception staff. Horrible Toilet. No Cleaning of Toilet. No refill of Hand Wash, Body wash, Shampoo. No Stopper of Bathroom. After so many complaint No result. I have ever seen such dirty rooms. Only one change of bed sheets after so many reminders in six days. Daily reminders for towel change. Water supply one bottle that is also after too many requests. Such a horrible stay for six days. Better you delist this hotel from your listing

location is good, but hotel is filthy. they changed the booked and tariff paid hotel without any notice when guests come to check in. accommodated in other hotel which is also hard to spend at least 1 night

Good service by rohan

Room condition upgrade from my previous experience and it looks good. One fault I see their lighting problem I face during stay their interconnection from ceiling light, that is direct connection to ceiling light that affect room darkness during sleeping time.

fan and Ac was not working properly, hygiene was very poor , room was also very small , no soap and sleepers was provided

Worst hotel ever. Didn't provide any amenities which is mentioned in discription. staff behaviour also very rude. Room and bedsheets are not clean.

I stay here for second time and this stay it’s too satisfying and peasant .. rooms so cleaned and fragrant .. highly recommend for stay 🥰

Condition of pillows were so bad, no replacement of pillows and bedsheets. Can be co nsidered only on the basis of feseability.
