Ambience is not up to date.essential items like bath towel water glass slipers tea mug was not available.

The location was excellent. The rooms, food , services and overall stay was good and will stay there again next time.

Not maintained rooms and even basic emanates was also missing. No upgradation since so long looks like

pics shown and actual hotel was different. very bad experience. hotel and rooms were smelly and not maintained properly. food quality was ok but to expensive according to taste

Old not maintained and not renovated for ages property under govt of india company. If you want cheap, clean and place closer to Airport to crash for a night then its serves the purpose.

Unclean. A lot of dust in rooms. The blanket was also falling apart. Service was rude. It seemed like the place needed a lot of repair. A weird smell in rooms. I had to even change my room and the other room smelled the same. Dirty carpet flooring. Dirty toilet pots. The bathtub was also full of dust. I would never book it again. Towels also felt damp and unfresh. The ac regulator did not work. I tried turning on hot air it was still cold. Bad experience

Food ,complimentary breakfast is not good

Very worst hygene, not even clean, very poor hospitality, no proper maintenance of hotel rooms and interiors were very much under maintained

No cleaning. Rooms have seepages, bad smell, AC not working, Hot water not available. Room Service worst. Staff attitude worst. Could not sleep whole night and checked out next day.

we checked in around 7 pm at room 2032. the room was semi functional, with no toiletries, extremely dirty washroom, and broken taps. No one was there to receive the house keeping request. after 1 hours of wait dental kit was given, although no soap and hand body wash.

North phone working, no hot water, terrible room service and many things, also money Corruption in dinner buffet payment..

The property is impressive and well located,the rooms spacious and well furnished, but the most memorable feature is the Outstanding service.The senior staff members can be instructors in hospitality, polite, helpful and ready to go the extra mile. I have stayed there twice within a fortnight and am booked again in the coming week.

Poor

It was very bad experience Staff behaviour poor. No intercom facility for any help or assistance. Very cheap hotel according fees it was bed smelling room floor

Food wasn't good. I called for dinner room service and nothing that I wanted from the menu was available. Instead they told me they will bring items from buffet. So I settled for veg biryani and requested them for a little spicy one. The food was absolutely tasteless. The hotel rooms were good. Reception no one answered. After multiple rings some one attends.

Morning buffet Food was very poor …. All over experience was very bad.. I booked another room stayed there

Though the location was very good,condition of property was in dilapidated state.Interiors too were old,shabby and outdated.Service too was very poor.

Centaur is not a nice place, feels haunted
