The place didn’t feel secure as the window wouldn’t lock and had a common passage with another room, the owner logged into my make my trip account to check booking which felt suspicious, rooms were otherwise fine and service as well

Great room, very fast roomservice, excellent laundry. Comfortable beds. Amenities are really fine, very good cleaning. Hot water in shower was incredible, really comfortable room. Will definitely come back.

Good budget accommodation, taxi service organised by the helpful staff was very useful. Room clean and pleasantly decorated

I had booked an executive room but allotted an ordinary room in spite of our repeated requests.

My experince in this hotel was brilliant. There was complete hygiene whether it was food or rooms. Staff were kind hearted, they served us properly. The decoram of the hotel was amazing. I won't regret coming to this hotel.

Everyone was respectful. Sometimes I would come late due to my meetings they always provided me with such yummy and warm food. Ps: I would definitely recommend to eat Poha for the breakfast, it's The Best

Bedsheet was dirty with smell. Not proper cleaning in room. Very unhygienic.

The hotel was really good and everything feels luxurious. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The hotel is also very conveniently located near the airport and some big shopping centers which was very helpful

The staff here are incredibly kind and accommodating. Whether it’s a late check-in, help with luggage, or just a friendly greeting, they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. I even happened to be staying here during an earthquake, and the way the staff handled the situation—making sure guests were safe and informed—was nothing short of amazing

Flush in the toilet did not work Breakfast was very bad Room telephone did not work Furniture very old

The room location was not good, And we dint got the hot water both the days, When i asked the reception, They just said All the rooms are getting hot water except yours.. The helper guy was good, He arranged us hot water for a day from some different room.. But we managed to bath with cold water on the other day.. Not so good locality for single ladies, Doesnt looks safe, It would be good to even display the outside photos within the property photos

No hot water in the washroom, leakage in taps in the washroom. For hot water we needed to wait for more than 10 hours.

it's hygienic room insects , after complaint hotel manger not ready for refund . he give me option shift hotel airpot inn and charge extra rs. 2400 .
