it is an average hotel. location is a bit far, food is fine and have basic amenities required for a decent stay but nothing so great about it.

The property is nothing like what they have shown. The bathrooms, bed everything was dirty.

The hotel and rooms were dirty and filthy. The locality where the hotel is located is terrible. Food, amenities and services are also very bad. 👎

Washroom’s western toilet sink was leaking with broken health facet. Unpleasant smell in the dining area. Worst maintenance. Terrible pickup service, had to wait for more than an hour just to pick up at the Airport which is with in 15 minutes drive inspite of providing arrival details well in advance. No courtesy from the driver. Don’t rely on the star rating which is not true for Venus hotel. I don’t recommend at all and never would like to stay again.

Not suitable for business travellers. Terrible bathrooms, poor quality bed, linen etc. Their breakfast is same cold stuff every day. The restaurant has very poor appearance, unclean. Staff is untrained.

The room is not good as depicted in pic. The sheet had holes in it and shower pipe was leaking. I don’t have

Rooms are very bad as per as cost, very dull rooms and low lighting, smoking smell in the rooms, have no smart tv, floor feels dusty not maintained properly. You can easily find better hotels in delhi with this range

Main advantage of staying here is closeness to t3. Good and nicely maintained. Food is soso. Staff are good.

Located very near terminal 3, takes about 10 min to reach. Well maintained and nice behavior of staff. Food is not bad. One night stay is satisfactory.

Booked a 2 night stay in hotel room was 302, ac was powerful but room was decent and big. Issues in bathroom 1. No hook to hang your clothes or towel 2. Bathroom fan ventilation not working 3. Soap dispenser was not filled with soap. 4. Complimentary water bottle was not provided next day in room until i asked and was given

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAY! had such a disgusting experience at the hotel. An uncleaned room in the ground floor was given with an extremely dirty bathroom. The toilet seat was so dirty, had to use a sheet to use it. The tiles, mug and tub given to bathe, everything was old rusty and so disgusting to use. We were stranded in Delhi for 2 days due to flight cancelation and booked Venus hotel as it had a strong 4 star rating. God knows how and why. Would absolutely not recommend this to anyone. For the price they charge per night, the cleanliness and service is close to 0. There are other way better options in Mahipalpur. Strictly avoid Venus Hotel.

Location is excellent, on main road & food is also good. Basic amenities are available. Good for short transit stay.

The maintainence of the property is average. We took deluxe room comprising of 4 beds. But they provided us only 1 bottle of drinking water per day. The rooms and toilets are in need of urgent upgrade and maintenance. The linen could do with better wash and quality. The food is good and room service prompt. Staff is good.

Overpriced and dirty hotel, food is quite expensive better look for other hotels ar checkout they intentionally add more in food bill and try to cheat
