Kindly do not recommend them in the future. They are not providing proper service and are not even responding to calls made to 9. They took three days to repair the geyser and do not provide daily room cleaning. They always say they will do the work but never follow through. There is no cupboard in the room to keep clothes, and they also do not provide a bucket for bathing.

We had a very uncomfortable check-in experience as the hotel staff didn't reach out to help us with our luggage and did not bother even opening the gates for us. The hotel staff spoke loudly all through the night and it was absolutely disturbing for us. The first room alloted had cockroaches and poor hygiene. The second room had a broken wash basin and we finally settled into the third room which had issues with the cold/hot water mixer in the washroom The bedsheets and mattresses had holes in places and the rooms felt a little musty. We were allowed a slightly late check-out upon request and the manager and staff were cordial at the time of checkout.

Geyser was not working, room was below average. bathroom washbasin was in broken condition. One good thing was initially inasked for 2 hrs extension which they provided free of cost. Food was good.

Very dirty and smelly bed sheet , blanket and towel. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes as well. Lack of hygiene in room. it was really bad.

The price and facility was worth it for an individual for 2 nights. Staff was accommodating. Metro is like 10 mins away on Rapido bike.
