Feedback for Delhi Hotel – Foxoso My stay at Foxoso, Delhi was not a great experience. The hotel needs improvement in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall service quality. The rooms didn’t feel very comfortable, and the staff service was below expectations. However, the only good part was the food — it was really tasty and well-prepared. With better management and upkeep, the hotel could offer a much better experience to guests.

Hotel is not good and did not like the ambience and not even bill was given...did not understand the reason for same

The service at Foxoso is truly wonderful. The team is excellent — they listen carefully and understand every requirement with great attention. A special mention to Ms. Soniya at reception counter, who handled all my requests, especially my food preferences, with utmost care and professionalism. very poor. toilet seat was detached from the flush. the nob of shower fell off. waster was leaking in bathroom AC was making noise. The receptionist hesitated to produce invoice.

Rooms are decent, AC not functioning properly, in October manageable but for summer no. Food was good and good one for family stay.

We have stayed just one night. Room was clean and spacious. They have provided all the necessary items in the room. Had a comfortable stay in FOXOSO hotel.

the hotel is 10 minutes away from arrival of Delhi Airport. a fantastic 4 star hotel. I had early check-out due to early morning flight. The check-in and checkout process was smooth. hospitality of hotel staff is 5 star. Food of the resturant was fresh and tasty. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who have layover at Delhi airport.

I had booked a suite. but on reaching, it has a typical stench in it. they provided me another room later. food is amazing. the taste and quantity are very good. I had asked for packed breakfast previous night itself, since I was leaving at 0630. but again, after waiting till 0645, I left without it. overall decent rooms and food but poor hospitality. no value for time probably......

Foxoso Hotel near airport is really very good hotel. Myself along with my family stayed for one day. It was fantastic experience. Our stay included breakfast which was awesome for all of us (5/5), Car parkibg(5/5), Hotel approach(4.8/5), All people (5/5). I have fiven overall 4 because only the ac was not cooling properly may be required service. All are very good . It was nice experience to stay

Hotel is Good but location is not good, room is good. Food is good. The security person, reception person, room boys are so polite with us. Hotel not locate at Highway locatd inside. They serve ti room within 10 mins of our order. Value for money.

The hotel is Great for business travelers, especially it's nearer to the airport and with great ambiance and hospitality.

Very bad Vegan congested did not provide essentials

Very pathetic hotel. hotel which has pathetic smell in rooms and cockroaches. I had to check out immediately due to bad room condition and even the location is pathetic.

They ask 2000 rs for early check in which is not right ,I have stayed in many five star hotels but they never asked any single penny from me for early check in ofcourse I am flying from Mumbai to Delhi 6 am and reaching at 8 am ofcourse I have to do early check in ,but they asked me 2k extra for early check in at reception counter and I had convinced him for 1500rs so I paid 1500 rs for early check in which is not acceptable

The experience was terrible. The rooms are tiny and corridors congested, poorly lit. Lifts had issue. The breakfast was basic. Not worth the money at all.

The hotel seems to be good but otherwise our personal experience wasn’t as expected. The rooms, linens, towels everything was not properly cleaned and had dirt and marks on them. The rooms were smelling and the staff had to spray room freshners multiple times. We are not sure if this happens everytime or mostly with others, but it was our first stay here Food was good and staff was cooperative but the overall room hygiene and cleanliness takes a bow.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had while booking a so-called “4-star” property. I had booked a total of 6 days for my recent Delhi trip, and from the very beginning, the stay was nothing short of disappointing. Firstly, the property itself looks nothing like the images shown on the app. The surroundings and actual condition of the hotel are completely different, and it gives a very poor first impression. Secondly, upon arrival, I was made to wait an unnecessarily long time before getting my room keys. After a tiring journey, this was extremely frustrating. Thirdly, I had specifically been assured of a non-smoking room, but to my shock, the room was full of cigarette butts and matchsticks lying around. The entire room smelled of smoke, and the condition of the room was unhygienic. The bed sheets and blankets had visible stains, which was absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a 4-star rated property. Fourthly, I had booked my stay with complimentary breakfast and either lunch/dinner included. However, the moment I checked in, I was denied breakfast, and during lunch I was shocked to find there was no buffet system at all. Instead, I was told to pick from just four items on a fixed menu – something I have never experienced in any genuine 4-star hotel. Overall, my 6-day stay turned into a completely pathetic experience. The property fails on location, cleanliness, service, and food quality. I strongly request the MMT team to look into this matter seriously – either by re-evaluating this property

The location is quite noisy because the hotel is in the mahipalpur market area. Overall stay is good. For a one day business or office trip it is a very reasonable rate and also it is very much connected by aerocity metro, IGI airport, and local transport.
