Hotel and staff was good. Didn’t get breakfast but sure recommend friends to stay there. It was good stay there.

After check in to the room Tv and wifi was not working till the checkout time i was not able to watch anything in Tv and nothing to do with wifi Such a horrible experience

Budget friendly hotel close to IGI airport with easy transport access. Friendly and cooperative staff.

1. Firstly, this property was booked primarily looking at Family room which has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. However, the family rooms are only on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor with no elevator/lift. So for everything you need to get down to go out etc, you need to walk down or climb up. This was a bad experience for me as I had both senior citizen and infants. 2. ⁠When asked to server bfast in the room, the hotel obliged. However, served “Aalu paratha without Pickle”. When asked for pickle, the answer I received was pickle is over. 3. ⁠Like I said, I had infants and I needed to use their kitchen to prepare baby food. The response I received that only 1 time in a day they can allow the use of kitchen. So will the baby be empty stomach for 1 meal in the day. I am not sure if they even understand the pain families go through. At the cost I paid; i definitely deserved better service. I would not recommend this hotel to any person with Family.

It's a Good and clean hygiene hotel. The location of the hotel is also Comfortable. they are polite as well as their service is good.

Horrible horrible stay. The whole stinks of biryani (trouble for vegetarians). Ugly beddings. Bed bugs. Flush was broken. No network. WiFi sucked. Very rude and non cooperative staff. Next to an escort center in name of spa. Horrible horrible experience

Not clean. Washroom was so dirty. Light in room so low. Overall cleanless was not there i m totally unhappy with the facilities of the hotel

The hotel was okay. The room was average but not properly clean. The bedsheets and blanket were stained and the bathroom was not very clean. The staff was good. The location was very good because it was on the main highway and we did not have to go anywhere in the streets of mahipalpur. The room looked fine at first but it was just barely average.

One of the best stay, at a very affordable price. It staff at the hotel are also warm welcoming and happy to help at anytime you ask them. Cleanliness is upto the mark. Food is also good.

It's just a room. Forget anything else. Service from front desk to room need to improve a lot. Not recommended.

Rooms not hygine, service is very very poor. Better not choose this hotel. They provide all used bed sheets and towels

The hotel was not even functioning. It was closed. Unlike other hotlels you have to make nonrefundable prior payment.

Very poor managed hotel. Tv was not working, tea cattle was not working even tea bas, sugar was not there. The breakfast which was included in room rent was not served properly only a loo prantha was served. When we demand any thing the staff said not available.
