it's was a terrible experience in this hotel as I checked-in they provided me a bad room which is having dampness at 3 4 places ... when I asked to change the room they asked me to pay extra and said we provide these bad room to the customer with online bookings. Then after a long Convo. he changes the room but we were unable to sleep at night from 2 am as there was lot of sound of argument when I asked at reception they refused to tell me about it and finally at 4 am we have to check-out from this hotel as the fight or argument sound was getting louder and Convo was getting uncomfortable to listen. At 4 am when we asked at reception what happened at hotel they refused to tell and started the check-out process faster and faster. The receptionist asked the co-worker to do the fast checkout process and asked us to go as soon as possible as we were complaining.
