Property Location is zero, rooms not Cleaned, bathroom and room both smells bad, clean making to much noise whole day and uses foul language. Small insects are there in the room.

booked deluxe double room with guaranteed late check out option. Room provided was very cramped, nowhere near the size mentioned on website, without any window or any kind of ventilation. felt suffocating on entering. AC was installed but controlled from outside which they turned on after complaining. They were also reluctant to provide late check out option but eventually agreed. okay for a budget stay if you get a deal at 1000-1500 and don't mind above issues.
