I had booked Opo Horizon, near Aerocity, Delhi . My chk in was on 29th October and chk out was on 30th October. I was suppose to reach around 7 pm at the hotel but my flight got delayed and I reached hotel around 11:30 pm . After chk in I realised that the room was nothing like that shown in the pictures. I had booked premium king room though. As it was very late and i was unwell I had no patience to inform about it at the reception. The other morning during my check out process I informed the same about it at the reception and they told me that I was shifted to this hotel due to some unforeseen situation. To which I asked why wasn’t I informed about it . They had no answer to it and asked me to call the manager. Thereafter i called the manager and he had a completely different story to tell . I understand that there might be a slight difference in the pictures but completely different photos in not acceptable. The room was not worth. My experience was terrible and I would like to inform everyone to not fall for the photos displayed online .

My stay at the hotel was fairly comfortable and offered good value for money overall. However, there were a few issues that could have been handled better. The flush in the bathroom was leaking, which caused some inconvenience, and the towels were delivered quite late after check-in. Apart from these minor problems, the room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff was polite. With a little improvement in maintenance and service speed, it could be a great stay.

Location is bit congested. Rooms are not spacious. Then staff had to scramble for key, as there was some issue with the door lock, while we were left waiting outside. Properly supposed to be mmt assured stay, but quality was not good.
