The hotel is located in a convenient location near airport and on main road. The room was decent but had few issues. It had a bad smoking smell when we checked in, the intercom phone didn’t work well, toiletries were not good.

The hotel is at good location. It's reception was also good. But the room service was late. The electric cattle was not clean. So I tolde to replace it which took larger time then as expected. At the time of check out they added extra cost for extra bed which I didn't take. But later they accepted their mistake. Other things were good. Room was clean and good. Behaviour of the person there was also Good. So I'll give average rating i.e. 4

Great location literally across the airport with some of the best restaurants and amenities. Super friendly staff and a great starting point for exploring Delhi Aerocity. Even though the hotel is a bit older it still represents great value for a 4 star hotel.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Lohias. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Shashi at the reception, who was truly excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The hospitality throughout the hotel was top-notch The hotel staff, including the porters and cleaning crew, were consistently friendly and efficient, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The property itself is stunningbeautifully maintained. The rooms are in excellent condition, spacious, clean, and well-appointed, truly making it feel like a luxurious retreat.The dining experience was exceptional, especially the buffet for breakfast and dinner. The chefs at the live stations were very friendly and went out of their way to prepare fresh dishes, accommodating our needs including those for our baby. The variety and quality of food made every meal a delight. A huge bonus was the transfer service from the airport, booked before 30 mins of check out , which made our arrival and departure very convenient. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. The hotel feels like an oasis in the desertluxurious, welcoming, and full of amenities that make you want to extend your stay. I highly recommend Arch the Lohias y Arch Group for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a relaxing escape.

This hotel is EXCELLENT for layovers etc.Service from the staff is excellent and the rooms are very cosy and comfortable. However, the room service is priced too much for its average qualities and the plates had a certain smell. Only dish I would recommend at most is the egg stir fried noodles with chicken. I would otherwise get delivery. Only 4 min drive from terminal 1. I needed to keep ice packs in the hotel freezer to travel with injections, the receptionist quickly gave me a carry-on ticket to refer to when checking out. Especially thanks to Meena for treating us with water while checking in, handling our luggage with care, being outgoing, and explaining the room amenities.

Good (and traditional) hotel near the airport. It’s a very large place, with one complex that feels more like a resort, and another that seems more business. A few months ago, the hotel underwent renovations, and you can clearly see the contrast between the older (more rustic) areas and the modern updates, which I liked, The staff (especially ShashiHotel Manager) were very attentive and welcoming, offering great service. Before we left, we asked them to recharge our car. They remembered and fully charged it, a simple but thoughtful gesture that made a difference. Our room was very spacious, and the bathroom as well. Both were modern, clean, and really nice. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh, sweet fruits, natural juices, coffee, various breads, and more. Good experience and recommended.

Lohias is located in a great spot, close to the airport, Gurgaon, and other parts of Delhi, making it very convenient for travelers. The reception staff is prompt and efficient, and the food is quite good. The property itself has nice facilities, though it could benefit from some additional maintenance. Housekeeping staff, while helpful, would benefit from more training in how they approach their work. I stayed in a suite with a road-facing window, which was really enjoyable, and overall, I loved my stay at this hotel.
