The reception people were really warm and so was the guy who helped me with the bags. The way the staff behaved was good. The suite room which was offered to me had a view of the road however the room looked really old and the property felt dark and dingy. I tried the hotel to save a few bucks but didn’t feel even it was worth what I had paid. The food was very good on a brighter side. The morning breakfast was poor with hardly any steward in sight. They were busy amongst themselves. The spread was really lacking variety and poor taste. Try to improve. All the best.

Property location is convenient in terms of cab services and nearby food facilities. Hotel’s bathroom was clean and well maintained which I highly appreciate.

The guest has been allowed to the room without the confirmation of the guest and the toothbrush and paste was not available also not properly providing the room we have selected

Rooms were too small, as compared to the pictures shown on MMT. There were no windows in the room.

Good location but an average property with run down rooms and old furniture. Many rooms don't even have a proper window opening. Only apt for night stay. Their television subscription does not have sufficient channels. Not apt to be considered in 3 Star category hotel.

Excellent stay at hotel Arch. it was really nice. Food is really very good. rooms are clean and nice. value for money. staff is exceptional Ms Himanshi at Reception was also very humble and nice very good staff.

The location of the Hotel is good. Rooms are average from the perspective of a 3 Star Hotel. Many rooms do not have proper natural light. Just apt for staying in the night to catch an early morning flight.
