    What all mentioned by MMT while booking is not at all there. Suite room is not as per the amenities mentioned. Too costly. Very small room (equal to standard room)

    I was expecting a peaceful and clean stay at the hotel against the price I paid to the MMT but due to maintenance work at adjacent room of my room day hours stay was very disturbing as my 1 year child could not sleep. Moreover, during night I was also disturb by the hotel incoming calls as I was alloyed ground floor so called executive room . Room floor was needs cleaning . Staff behaviour was good .

    It was good. I liked the food. But it was very noisy. And the room service staff weren’t available on various occasions. It was somehow manageable.

    The hotel was not value for money. They charge a higher amount for dinner, but providing less than half of it. Restaurant staffs are not friendly and they dont give proper replys. Breakfast was very bad and tasteless . They dont serve hot food for breakfast.

    Staff was very helpful and cordial however the property was dirty. Bedsheets were not clean and towels didn't look clean either. The room was dusty. Overall it was okay for a night but had some serious hygiene issues .

    Overall experience was good or average. The hotel location is good and the hotel is nice neat and clean but the service is not that great. First when I enter the room it was all good but there is only one slippers as we were 2 person travelling so I asked the caretaker to provide one extra but he refused to give and said that we have to pay extra for one more slippers and the bathroom was nice but their were no tap so this is my overall experience
