    The location is very central of the town, next to Barakhamba metro station. The stay is very comfortable, neat and clean. Small suggestion, should have plug points nest to beds, for mobile charging.

    I was very disappointed with my stay at The Hans Hotel. The bathroom was very dirty, and the basin was almost choked. The room size was extremely small and uncomfortable. The breakfast area was cramped and did not feel like what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. In fact, I have stayed at 2-star hotels that were much better in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all.

    *Pathetic Experience!* Room service is terrible. They charge for food immediately as if guests are about to run away, and if you want to settle room service bills later, they even ask for a deposit – who does that? The food menu is extremely limited, with only one choice (Punjabi cuisine). If you ask for South Indian food, it’s available only in the morning. Very disappointing!

    I've never been asked for extra details about anyone visiting me especially at this hotel. Today a friend visits me I'm not against it but they seemed rude about it. They said "if she's visiting, i hope she will leave soon" who is the hotel to ask when she will leave? what is this strange attitude? also the hotel rules said that i need to pay for a guest. I said i would pay during check out. They insisted that i go down and make the payment right away. Very insulting. As if i'm going to run away without clearing my bill. They do not understand hospitality.

    we took the clu room but they gave the very ordinary room, without tv, bathroom was sub standard. Bed condition was horrible with not so clean bedsheet. Staff was very rude. It seem they have only one answer for any thing: NO.     It's a decent property with a great location and spacious rooms. However, for some unknown reason, the AC, the refrigerator and the charging points were not working at night. Whether it was a fault or a cost cutting measure, I'm not sure but it ruined the stay for me
