    Old property but at a prime location

    Staff was helpful however the property is really old, not renovated as such, shower wasn’t working, they don’t provide any toiletries which others do at that price point room was spacious and the hotel is located at a prime location

    One of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The front desk was so uncooperative. No one was answering class . The staffs were rude. Very limited options in breakfast. The staffs were really rude

    Must read review for the hotel.

    We spent Rs.10000 for 4 star hotel. But our impression was 1. Late check-in because lack of staff. 2. No service for luggage transfer to room. 3. One of the lifts is making sounds while going to 21st floor. 4. There was an insecticide smell in the room. 5. Even 2 star hotels have better arrangement for breakfast. We are much more cautious while booking hotels from MakeMyTrip.

    I was very disappointed with my stay at The Hans Hotel. The bathroom was very dirty, and the basin was almost choked. The room size was extremely small and uncomfortable. The breakfast area was cramped and did not feel like what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. In fact, I have stayed at 2-star hotels that were much better in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all.

    *Pathetic Experience!* Room service is terrible. They charge for food immediately as if guests are about to run away, and if you want to settle room service bills later, they even ask for a deposit – who does that? The food menu is extremely limited, with only one choice (Punjabi cuisine). If you ask for South Indian food, it’s available only in the morning. Very disappointing!
