Helpful staff and hotel was neat and clean. Near to the metro station so commute also becomes easy.

The hotel rooms were not clean. The toilets were super dirty. Staff was not polite and rude.

The space was well maintained, clean and the the staff were professional and extremely helpful, they also helped book cab for an early morning flight. Would visit again

Everything was perfectly in place, and the bathroom was immaculate. Truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hygienic stay. The rooms were not cleaned even when requested. Poor air conditioning. The fan in the rooms was also making sudden noises. Hot water is not available 24/7. They were helpful on occasions.

The location is just at 2 mins walks from Ramkrishna Ashram Metro. The hotel staffs are very friendly and prompt at service. The admin is reasonable gave me free upgrade and late check out. Service also is of top notch. the loaclity may give you doubt but once you enter inside hotel door, you will be very happy.

Had a fantastic and comfortable stay at the hotel, the staffs were friendly, attentive and made sure that everything we need were given. Our room were spotless and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I would higlhly recommend this hotel anyone visiting this area.

The hotel is very beautiful and well-maintained. The food quality is also quite good. However, my suggestion would be to include a few more items in the breakfast menu to enhance the overall experience. The staff are extremely polite and courteous. Ramkrishna Metro Station is very close to the hotel, making transportation and connectivity highly convenient.
