Poor Stay
The mattress were separate and the the AC was not working efficiently They never cared for my requested to change my room and charged me for a glass which broke by staffs mistake !!

Room didnt justify its price. smelly room no ventilation. House keeping and other staff members are good. But the condition of room is very poor. Not gonna book it again.

Excellent Stay
location=Main road, 10 min from the airport. Room= Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff=All staff are very friendly and cooperative. It's easy to get a cab like Uber,Ola.

Water supply is a major headache. There was no proper water supply in the bathroom at any time during 2 night stay

Terrible Stay
Room no. 202 alloted for me, very bad condition. Shower was not working, Geyser was not working, Phone was not operational. For every compliant I have to go to reception and request for repair but they could not resolve with in my stay. I forced to do bath in alternative Room.

Disappointed
The hotel looks good from the outside. They are adamant on their pricing, which can be a good thing if the services are appropriate. But they are embedded with issues. The shower doesn’t work, the exhaust in the bathroom doesn’t work, the TV has only one channel playing , the breakfast spread was a disappointment. For the money they charge, they could provide impeccable services.

Property located on main road and easily accessible. Rooms are also comfortable. Only issue was with AC but that was running after few minutes. Reasonably good spread of breakfast but extremely lesser space for dining compared to rooms. Needed to wait for 20 mins for table. Supportive staff.

Worst Hotel Experience – Unsafe & Unprofessional
⭐ 0/5 Worst Hotel Experience – Unsafe & Unprofessional This hotel has no room maintenance at all. The bathroom door lock was broken, and one of us even got stuck inside because of it. No staff came to help or take responsibility. When I asked for the complaint book, they said there is no complaint book, no management contact, and not even an email ID to raise an issue. On top of this, when I requested checkout, they tried to charge extra money even though they provided zero proper service. Totally unprofessional and unsafe environment. I have photos and videos of the condition, which clearly show how badly this place is managed. Avoid this hotel at any cost!
