Worst Hotel Experience – Unsafe & Unprofessional
This hotel has no room maintenance at all. The bathroom door lock was broken, and one of us even got stuck inside because of it. No staff came to help or take responsibility. When I asked for the complaint book, they said there is no complaint book, no management contact, and not even an email ID to raise an issue.
On top of this, when I requested checkout, they tried to charge extra money even though they provided zero proper service. Totally unprofessional and unsafe environment.
I have photos and videos of the condition, which clearly show how badly this place is managed. Avoid this hotel at any cost!
