I had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were satisfactory. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The breakfast options were limited, and the wi-fi connection was unreliable at times. Despite these minor issues, i would consider staying at hotel again in the future.

familyAt day -1, they forgot regarding my booking. They managed to keep us in another hotel. At day-2, i shifted to duke hotel. But suppoerting stuffs were very good and helped me a lot. Location of the hotel is good. Bed sheets and towel were old and need to be changed.

soloTo reach at hotel reception is very tough. As because it is very high stair case for all senior citizens &the rooms are also very non aire. There is always water falling from bath sower. My room no was 101. Management always try to off electricity. As per room condition the hotel price is too high. I will never contact with makemytrip for hotel booking.
