We had an issue of cigarette smell continuously coming in the room. We asked reception to get rid of this smell but he told that if someone smokes in his room we cannot stop them.

I have never used such worst hotel in my life at this price. Issues:- 1. No lift available and verticle staircase. 2. Old and damaged propert ( Tiles broken) 3. No exhaust fan in washroom 4. Dirty blanket and bedsheets 5. They served hot water after boiled with cockroch. 5. Rude behavior of all staff I have never seen such bad property. MMT Team kindly delist such property on top priority otherwise you also may loose your loyal customer.
