Room not properly cleaned.and staff Behaviour not good.

Poor experience as there was no soap for handwash, we had paid extra for breakfast but hotel owner was not happy to give breakfast without charge and last we had got offer of late check-out upto 3hrs which we asked but hotel owner was not ready to give and was asking extra 1500rs for 3hrs. Not happy with the hotel service

Poor staff service, no authorised bills provided, restaurant and livings are deference, room not cleaned, Wi-Fi service very poor, TV not worked, bathroom is also not cleaned, no sleepers and dental kit provided for couple

A terrible stay at ishan residency. Everything in this hotel is horrible. They are just fooling people around, uploading pictures of some other hotel in the website of mmt, having no basic facilities, don’t give breakfast after repeated calls. They have stinking rooms and overall experience is just horrible.

I had a worst experience, there was a number of complimentary items with this booking however they have bot abide by any of this. Like welcome drink, late checkout. I had requested for late checkout as it was mentioned that you can check out late three hours subject to availability. Ii requested them for checkout for one hour because we have checked in late at night. He said there is no booking and we have to check out right away. I i said there is complimentary three hours late checkout Then he replied very rudely to me Check out right now, which was very annoying.

The place is very nice, the staff are good and well behaved. But they don’t give early checkins and we were charged for the same even after it was written that 3 hours of early checkin was given. No

wants to take my 11 years old son to Dubai from 3rd Jan till 5th Jan so looking forward to have flight, visa assistance and hotel

Cleaning is not proper of room and bathroom however staff response was good specially ground staff members

The hotel is good and the behavior of their staff is also good If we reached 2 hours before time then we were charged extra. This is the only shortcoming they saw.And if you ask me to stay for 3 hours extra, ask for the full day's rent

The stay was good. But please make sure if you are willing to come back to hotel after 11 p. M, you will find all the road blocks because police barricades all the roads. You can't take your car on the road which leads to hotels. Also they are street dogs which barks and might bites you. And one more thing the hotel have a policy they take room key whenever you go out. So if you are carrying expensive things, then this might be a problem.

It was very inconvenient to check in hotel bedrooms were dirty, there was no parking space available.

Room was abit small but neat and tidy with comfortable bed. Its good for a short stay with good facilities.

AC was not working. Had to raise complaint. To get room changed. And it could be clean a bit. Food average. Location was average
