The place is hard to find. The Hotel was overall good however there were a few issues that were rectified

"The hotel's location was a bit hard to find, and during the day, you can't drive right up to it—you’ll need to walk about 100 meters from the main road through a narrow path that's around 3 feet wide. The surrounding area was quite crowded and had an unpleasant smell at times. It's a predominantly Muslim neighborhood, so most of the nearby shops cater to that community, and Hindu-specific shops were limited. However, once inside, the hotel was quite good. The room and washroom were clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to be provided with a triple bed, which is not very common in many hotels. Overall, while the location might not suit everyone, the interior and amenities were satisfactory."

Look the hotel is great 5 out of 5 for everything except the location why? Because it's crowded and in galli. So some people can uncomfortable because it's is muslim area but staff is helpful and good. It's in main wholesale market of shoes and eyewear so you can do Shoping also.Do book this hotel. Worth it!!!! 😉

Property location is very complicated, no restaurant available at the hotel,comfort and service is good but the hotel charged me 1000 extra for extra 4hours

Hotel Ibex is very good hotel and food was outstanding ( except chiken lolipop and chilli potato) but i have room related issue, i booked the ticket from MMT for 2 days with breakfast around 1400 or 1500, the room was pathetic geezer not working.. washroom was too small.. lock was broken and room was smelling like a hell.. at the time of booking photos was good to go. then i asked him to change my room.. due to this i had to pay 1000 rs extra so i paid you guys around 3800rs then i paid 1000rs extra..only for 2 days..and then i book same room for 1700rs for one day..how costly? I booked the ticket from your side i though it will be helpfull for me but i paod almost more than 5000rs for 3 days.. very Bad

very hygienic and comfortable beds ,staff behaviour is nice ,near to chandni chowk and chawri bazar metro station,small rickshaw easily pick up and drop you at the location

There is no way to arrive at the hotel by Auto , you can arrive by walking , the address is not clear , the hotel owner does not pick up the mobile , the hotel owner seeks guests , the hotel room is like horror, I booked the hotel for 24 hours but I checked out after 3 hours , because fell like upset mind, my wife and I both fell wall is like gost, after check out I feel better

I did stay with my friends n overall it’s ok according to price but too poor of cleaning rooms n bathroom

It was bad experience the receptionist was rude and room as well as the bathroom was full of foul smell. I told them to clean the bathroom but they come late to clean it. So i would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Staying at the comfort is inside the city and room is comfortable but auto or car can't go because of narrow roads. So services are not available but which is near to wholesale market such dress materials and electronics items. It is walkable distance from here to red-fort via market on the way you can enjoy eating chats items

It was an excellent experience. The receptionist and staff were really helpful. Even though we arrived at late hours, they responded very well. And concerning the room, it is nicely maintained, and the cleanliness is amazing.
