We stayed at this hotel for one night in a Super Deluxe Room booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room had one double bed and a sofa-cum-bed, as shown in the photos However, the experience was extremely disappointing: 1. Unfair Charges – On returning after dinner, the reception staff demanded extra payment for the sofa-cum-bed, claiming it was “chargeable.” When we refused, saying we didn’t ask for an extra bed and it was already part of the room setup, he said they would remove the sofa bed! This was never mentioned at booking, and the hotel’s own photos show it as part of the room. 2. Refusal of Drinking Water – The next morning, the staff denied providing even basic drinking water. When reminded that it is a government guideline to supply clean water, the staff rudely asked us to quote the article number of the law; otherwise, no water would be given. 3. Unprofessional Management – The manager was unavailable throughout, even when local police had to be called due to the situation. Shockingly, even two days after checkout, there has been no follow-up call or apology from hotel management. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Unprofessional staff, misleading room details, refusal of basic amenities, and complete absence of management make this property highly not recommended for families.

Average stay, over costly hotel menu and we got late check in. Overall normal experience as per price of deluxe room.

If you are intending to stay in Old Delhi try Mughlai Cuisine, this is one of the best location for you guys. Hygienic, well maintained, prime location (Jama Masjid), hotel staff is good. But opt for Super Deluxe room, it gives you better space and front city view.

Best location to stay nearby jamamasjid Delhi. Neat and clean rooms and invoarment.

The service was excellent..and the rooftop resturant is a whole new vibe. Fabulous view of jama mosque

Good but Over priced compared to room size amenities and Highly expensive breakfast.. 200 for 1 cup tea and 300 for 1 Egg Omelette.. thats too much

Staffs don't know about hospitality even Owner.When I want to enter the gate staff ask me rudely why you go inside?I told him I booked He use roadside language with me.Also overcharged 625/- when I ask about overcharged invoiced he directly denied rudely

The property Location is good and amenities good.food not avaiable in hotel.The food in restaurant very costly.

Hotel doesn't have almirah or wardrobe for keeping clothes in any room.

the stay was very pleasant. i recommend it for every purpose whether it's a holiday, family trip or business. aiwan e shahi is the exact location where you should land. the rooms are very cozy staffs are very helpful. child friendly. would like to revisit again.👍

The stay was very pleasant. It was hard to find a 3 ⭐ property near jama masjid area as the area is very crowded. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The behaviour of the staff was very friendly and very helpful. The service provided was really good and would definitely refer others to this hotel. The hotel has a very majestic view of Jama masjid especially at night. The hotel has in house restaurant for food also however it is very very costly. It's better to eat outside rather than paying so high at the in-house restaurant. and special thanks to MMT because I was able to book the cheaper rate rather than directly booking from the hotel. overall it was a awesome experience.

They stay at aiwan-e-shahi was a great experience, the location is great if you are visiting jama masjid or planning to have a food trip. The hotel was clean and it has a great cafe upstairs. The only complain i have is that the tv was not working and the staff couldn't fix that

Over all very nice and comfortable stay, few amendments required regarding room flooring and sanitation, rest all good breakfast menu a bit expensive

The staff is courteous irrespective of late hours they catered to our every need. Also the location is amazing since its a stone s throw away from all the legendary eating spots at jama masjid. We had an amazing view of the jama masjid dome from our room. Also the cafe gum-bad on the hotel rooftop is a must visit of u r staying here.
