    I checked inn at 7pm ..When i checked Inn the staff is so rude and when one of my male frnd try to checking becz we had early morning flight at 5AM we were checked out at 3AM and then the front office staff asked us for 1000 money to pay becz of my frnd checked inn and we have to pay it at that time … worst experience form that hotel

    The stay and hospitality of the hotel was very good courteous behavior by the staff. Suite room was good and nearly maintained. Restaurant staff were very cooperative and helpful, food was tasty and presentable. They prepared breakfast for our early departure at 7am which is truly appreciated from heart though restaurant timing was 7.45am. Overall a good ambience and experience.

    I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. The entire place was stinking terribly, making it very uncomfortable to stay. The bathroom fittings are in extremely poor condition — hangers are broken, taps are rusted, and overall hygiene is unacceptable. The food quality is also pathetic and far below any reasonable standard. It’s quite surprising and disappointing, especially considering and the fact that many families with children are booking this property based on that. This is definitely not a suitable environment for them either. I would strongly recommend that you review this property’s maintenance and hygiene standards on priority and take immediate corrective action with your partner before more guests have to face such an experience.

    Staff behaviour was rude and not supportive. Bathroom and rooms were not hygienic clean. Room service was poor with little menu breakfast options. Food amounts were not adequately present.

    I logged between 0230 am and 2130 pm on 18 October 2025, but I was made to pay for 2 days The white bedsheet had stains. They could have placed at least a hanger in the wardrobe. They could also include bathroom slippers in the bathroom

    Pathetic condition of rooms (Room 502 given to me). Broken television screen. AC remote was not available and they couldn't provide one even after 1 hour of demanding. No water pressure in the bathroom-stained tiles and stained mirror in the bathroom . Had to ask for a bucket and explain that it is needed for bathing. The breakfast buffet was sub standard. Can pay a maximum of 500 bucks for the room and the breakfast.

    We had been stayed at this hotel three years before and we had a great experience at that time. So this time we don’t had a second thought while booking.But now this hotel looks like they are in a sinking stage. Very sad.
