I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. The entire place was stinking terribly, making it very uncomfortable to stay. The bathroom fittings are in extremely poor condition — hangers are broken, taps are rusted, and overall hygiene is unacceptable.
The food quality is also pathetic and far below any reasonable standard. It’s quite surprising and disappointing, especially considering and the fact that many families with children are booking this property based on that. This is definitely not a suitable environment for them either.
I would strongly recommend that you review this property’s maintenance and hygiene standards on priority and take immediate corrective action with your partner before more guests have to face such an experience.
