Hotel is very good and Nagendra was very supportive and food is great

Lenin, floor mats are not clean Floor(wooden) is not even No facilities in room(tea bags, milk powder etc) Water drain in washroom is not good, entire washroom gets flooded Complimentary breakfast has only aloo paratha

The attitude of manager who was on night shift on 8th Nov up untill the morning of 9th Nov was nothing short of horrible. We were 2 people in the room and i had an early train to catch. As such i was heading out and whereas the other person was still in the room. However, the manager stopped me and asked me to wait till he confirms from my partner in the room regarding me heading out. He started dialing from the landline and i was in line on mobile with my partner and asked my partner to pick up the landline quickly so that i dont miss my train. However, their landline was not working and i urged the manager to confirm the same via mobile as i was already on line. But the manager outrightly denied that and insisted on landline confirmation, which was not working. So, i started heading out as i was getting late and couldn’t afford to miss the train. As i was heading out, the manager started screaming very loudly, At the end he confirmed via my mobile phone only and my partner did have to come downstairs as well. I understand he might be instructed to do so and he might be doing his duty, but his shouting very loudly and screaming is some thing non-negotiable and i just had to let it pass that time as i was getting late. It was a very pathetic experience early in the morning. I have stayed previously also at this hotel but this time experience was worst and i doubt I’ll ever come back to this place again just because of the behaviour of the manager that day

Nagendra manager is nice person hotel is nice to stay overall is very good

I found it through make my trip , Location is nearby railway station its quite good but hotel doesnt have a good view outside the window. For sure on the other hand most of delhi famous market and places are nearby the hotel. Gentle staff , cleaning and food is quite good in this prize range.

Very disappointing experience. The room had a bad smell, and I even saw 5–6 rats inside the room during my stay. Cleanliness and hygiene were very poor. The staff should take serious action to maintain basic cleanliness. Not recommended until proper pest control and maintenance are done

Worst hotel in the entire new delhi with zero amenities. Rudely behaviour of all staff and stink room. I suggest to all please avoid staying here.

average experience not very good not very bad. few plus point hotel being located in a hotspot good for ppl who want to do shopping. cons in breakfast there was no buffet and order was limited per person and it lacked fruits. second hotel staff need to be well trained taking guest as there friends is not needed.

Nice cleaning and good behaviour of staff

During our visit, the receptionist’s behavior was not welcoming, as she appeared indifferent when we arrived at the reception. Although the overall hospitality was good, the check-in process seemed disorganized, with staff searching for available rooms. There was a lack of courtesy from the receptionist during check-in. The room condition was average. We noticed cockroaches inside the room, and the centralized air conditioning was not functioning properly. Despite informing the staff, the issue was not resolved. Overall, the stay experience was satisfactory but could be improved in terms of cleanliness, room maintenance, and front desk courtesy.

My stay in a hotel with my family was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly special thanks to the manager Nagendra & Adil. Highly recommended!

My stay was good... hotel service was nice and staff behavior was good

The Originality of the room is totally different. I and my Colleague both Found messy Floor, AC not working, Dirty linen, towel with holes and short. Just to be clear. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

1. Hot water not available for 24 hrs. Even not available on demand on time. 2. No tissue paper available in washroom 3. No TV was working. 4. No AC working. 5. Drinking water bottle available on chargeable basis. It was not felt good stay . It was mentioned on MMT site that hotel is 4 star. But it was not also 3 star. MMT should inpsect the hotel and then should be made available for customer.

Ok ok stay. Parking is a little difficult. Hot water in bathroom is a little less . Average hotel ..
