The Prime Balaji Deluxe @ New Delhi Railway Station

We had a very good experience with the hotel we booked through MakeMyTrip, and the service was excellent.

Stayed here with my wife n daughter. Room is specious with all the amenities as described. Staff is polite and helpful.

The hotel staff made me feel welcome from the moment i arrived. Their support throughout my stay was exceptional. The food was delicious with generous portions. My room was quiet, clean, and cozy, even though it’s located in one of delhi’s busiest areas. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unhelpful and indifferent. customer service was practically non-existent, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing any assistance. The breakfast was a joke, I have never had such a terrible breakfast at a hotel before. Overall, this stay was far below my expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything is decent except they need to work on bathroom infrastructure, the showers are not working properly.

Disappointed to see cockroaches in room and around coffee machine in breakfast area

Location is okay, quite surroundings, bathrooms are very small & weirdly designed. Okayish breakfast

The hotel seems to be under renovation. In terms of distance from new delhi station this is very good. But if the objective is to stay more than a day i will not recommend, the service is poor in terms of time as well as food quality. Though the breakfast has multiple options i only faced average quality for room service

The location is just walking distance from ndls railway station, the food is good, the staff is good but the only problem is check in time @12. So if you are reaching early in the morning, then getting early check in is a costly affair.

Food taste is nice. We got customized food for our kid as per our order. Price is slighyon higher side. Service is really fast and good. Location is very near to pf 1 however bit congested area. Amenitiea are fine.

Hotel staff charged me as early checkin, that was too much according to the tarrif, please charge extra at time of booking, it will be more convenient for the customers, at that moment customers are felling helpless

A pleasant experience overall. Nice breakfast items everyday. They make tasty food and hot beverages. Hotel is located in a good location as well. Televisions were not working in two of the three rooms we booked. The hotel staffs were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Nice place nearby NDRS, it can me little more clean. But ok.

It is easily accessible from new delhi railway station walking distance from it. Food is good room service and cleanliness needs improvement
