Sarthak Palace Hotel

Rooms are normal not excellent but the receptionist knows english and treat us so well he is so kind and good hearted.he will guide u about places u want to visit and also arrange transports for cheap price.dont get into the scam of other tours link.As him he will giude u bcoz so many peoples are there to loot us

1. Hotel room was full of cockroach 2. Bathroom was full dirty and door broken and tap was not working and no hot water 3. Bedsheets were dirty towels were dirty 4. Tv was not working 5. Ac will turn on morning at 7am and turn in at 10 pm at night 6. Very small room cant even fit 2 people in one room 7. Reception and staff was humble and polite which is only great in the entire hotel 8. Place is quite conjusted but nearby to places

Location is fine but during the rainy season it becomes tough to reach there. But that's fine. The room's ambience was not good , walls were filled with spider webs and .It was just an adjustable room. In washroom there was no any sanitary materials like handwash , soap or other things. So it was just below average. It may be improved.

staff behaviour was good room is under budget and good room was also nice i stayed here 2 times and its a good experience

worst hotel in pahadganj aryakashan road delhi extremely worst service rooms are untidy no window ventilation wash room are very dirty cockroaches roaming all around the room as well as washroom we have stayed 3 days no room cleaning nothing i have travelled almost every state in india and abroad as well but this was worst experience of my life very unprofessional staff with bad behaviour what they have committed about the booking it was nothing like that please visit the hotel once before booking

Worst maintenance with lower class eminities like paper glass for tea and washroom is very dirty with cockroaches

good stay on sarthak palace stay staff are amazing well behavior and cooperative help many time ask about the location and places always gide

it was a pleasant stay all are things nit and clean it was amazing nice location bed is comfortable to sleep

Room was very congested and the location is very much crowded and very worst don’t go on this hotel seriously it’s very bad area our terrible experience on that area

Stay was decent. Staff were cooperative. Hotel was not particularly clean but manageable incase you are looking for a short stay. I suppose the longer you stay in that hotel more of its negatives would show up. I didn't try their food.

Stay was good. Only thing negative is delay service and not availability of food and water. Even you will not get plates for your outside food.

The rooms were clean . However, the rooms are very small, and the AC and geyser is controlled by owner and it’s switched off in the morning, we have to ask the owner to switch back on if needed. Other than this, location is great, market place is just outside the hotel and transportation is am easily available.

This is not 3 star hotel. Please don’t be stuck based on pictures. I had very bad experience. They don’t have any amenities.

I had an above average level accomodation from Makemytrip feeling great frm the service you have provided. Room were good some problems with the lightings overall everything was ok
