Hotel Toto International

Dirtiest hotel ever seen. No staff, nothing. Not even a single water bottle. Room is not at all cleaned after guest checked out

They didn't let us check-in at that hotel saying no rooms left even though we have booked one in advance. And they told us to ask for refund in mmt itself. Worst experience ever

There was no drinking water inside the room not even it was provided later. The receptionist asked me how much i have paid for the makemytrip. It makes me feel a little low.

Rooms are not cleaned not provide hot water free breakfast is not provide. If i want i have to order and they will add a charge for that

to enter into hotel you have to close your nose. room is too much smelling. blanket was very directly, after complain, provide same king of smelly blankets. bath towel was so hard and teared, poot was directly, water logging in side bathroom we leave hotel with in two hour. nerver prefer this hotel for stay

I was not able to find the hotel though followed using google maps. I had to call them and then they came to near by place to take me to the hotel. The hotel located in remote location and the surroundings are too bad. After all the struggle i reached the hotel but the hotel management was little uncomfortable at first point as i have made the payment in make my trip. They questioned many to get them answered how much i paid and show me the bill just the way they didn’t knew and was informed by make my trip team. Finally the person asked the crew to assign a room which is very dirty. Once i entered into room it was too dusty and the smell was too odd. The room doesn’t get the mobile signal that much interior it is. As i have reached the place at 11pm and then i have went for bath when i opened the water tap the mud water with so much bad smell it has and then i have asked them it is not good in that sort, the answer i got was through out delhi you will get the same kind of water( after the bath with the same water i got on to bed and found warms on it, i managed to sleep till 6 am in the morning but i couldn’t so finally vacated the hotel though there was no refund and i have booked the hotel for 3 days. So now assume how much i struggled by booking this hotel. I am not sure how the make my trip can on board hotels like this. My experience is too bad and worst with this hotel.
