Had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and courteous and food is also very good .

Room is good. good location also. neat and clean. spacious. food is little costly but tasty. (4 star hotel and hence the rate) front desk very responsive and helpful. they even get you the taxi to airport drop and railway station as well. main catchy thing at room for me was wash room doors. over all good stay

Hotel stay & food are good but the location is not good enough

At first, I was little dicey because of the trend of hotels in New Delhi which upload fake photos and mention wrong about the facilities and service on the website. But at East Park inn. I had a great stay. I got all the services that they mentioned and beyond. Additionally, the staff was very cordial, with all the guest as I witnessed. Breakfast was also good. ample parking, very clean room, all electronics were working, 24 hr room service and reception.

the hotel is not even close to a 4 star rating. there are 3 star hotels better than this. the issue also stems from a slightly judgmental front office staff (not everyone). plus the area is dirty. step out of the hotel and there's an open urinal for men. if you're staying with family, don't think one should choose. security guard and the other workers very helpful though. when me and my wife went back to the hotel after a short walk the manager said "show your card and go." that's not great hotel staff behaviour esp when we pay them for their service. rooms are decent but nothing special. they are not very clean or anything..not bad, but definitely not 4 star level. if this were a 2 star hotel, I would have given a 4/5 rating.

Location- excellent in terms of connectivity to major roads and in heart of city. 9/10 Food- 9/10- was unexpectedly good food with excellent morning tea Service- 9/10- Service was extraordinary compared to other Delhi hotels Staff behaviour-9/10- Good , didnt expect a polite behaviour from Delhi Hotel staff. But this was good Rules- Property says that outside food is not allowed, that rule is totally baseless , you cant take anyone’s right to eat anything Otherthing- MMT Voucher mentions welcome drink on arrival- it was not provided to us, maybe Makemytrip should make their hotel partners aware Overall experience- 9/10

hotel maintains complete hygiene. staff is very nice and cooperative. hotel location is at centre of delhi which gives gud access to entire routes of delhi. value for money hotel.
