Location- excellent in terms of connectivity to major roads and in heart of city. 9/10 Food- 9/10- was unexpectedly good food with excellent morning tea Service- 9/10- Service was extraordinary compared to other Delhi Hotel East Park Inns Staff behaviour-9/10- Good , didnt expect a polite behaviour from Delhi Hotel staff. But this was good Rules- Property says that outside food is not allowed, that rule is totally baseless , you cant take anyone’s right to eat anything Otherthing- MMT Voucher mentions welcome drink on arrival- it was not provided to us, maybe Makemytrip should make their Hotel East Park Inn partners aware Overall experience- 9/10

I heard about this property from a Colleague of mine. i travel to Delhi often on business & each time I have to face problems with Hotel East Park Inns. I had a decent stay at this Hotel East Park Inn. The cleanliness was good —rooms were spotless, and common areas were well-maintained throughout my visit. Essentially a business Hotel East Park Inn. Efficient for short visits to the city. Be mindful of late night check ins to the property , you may find many cross roads blocked temporary by the authority. Food is good & hygenic and place is clean. well behaved staff !

Check in was good, buffet breakfast excellent.House keeping was good. Only concern was the high water pressure of taps in the shower room .Otherwise a good experience..best wishes

The rooms were clean and the staff was very polite and cooperative. Booked the balcony room, the balcony opens road side so it feels a little noisy while sitting there.

Nice property with supportive staff. It is located in the good area and you can access whole city as this is in the middle of the city.
