poor quality poor staff poor room...only for labour class hotel...

Poor & rude staff. Very Very horrible service and the room in the images are also miss leading. ACs weren’t working, walls were broken & worst of all the attendees & staff. They don’t have a basic management course done on how to talk. We ordered plates and it took them 20 mins to send the plates and then the waiter when asked is this your service? he pushed the plates towards my sister and went away, they don’t even help you get your parcels in your room. Do not book this hotel at all. Very un professional and unsafe for family

Food was tasty... Location of the property is also good but their services needs lots of improvement like on first day of our check in we asked for tea and that took around 3 hours and when that come it was tasting so much ginger was put in the tea and boiled a lot which led for such tase however story doesn't ends here for each order we had to wait for around an hour

The room is damp and has weird smell. But rest is fine.

whAT I Like about the proprty is cleaniness and hygine they maintain , the staff is courtsious and listens to the Guest , i am repeat guest because of the standards they have shown

the people are Awesome they cooperate well vehicle can directly reach till hotel gate unlike other hotels located in small lanes. Rooms are clean well maintained, foods options are also decent.
