The overall experience was good. Cons - The only issue was the bathroom was not that good, it had some inherent issues like poor slope and therefore water was clogging there and became slippery. - My room didn't have a mini fridge while others had. - It's in the main market, thus cabs don't come easily in the day time, but autos are easily available. Pros - Staff is very accommodating, they allowed me to stay from 11:30ish, while the official check-in time is 1:00. - The location is great, within the market. Everything is just a step away. ( so location is both a pro and a con )

No maintenance has been done. Room and washroom was very dirty. Even the room provided to us was just separated by a door from another room which was very inconvenient. Room service was also not good.

Very horrible experience here at all izz well hotel, definitely not recommend for family , I stayed alone here at September 13,14 , 2025 , AC was leaking throughout the night , Whole night power cut happened , when I enquired at the reception people over there just don’t respond , few of the staffs were sitting and giggling . Very bad experience

Food is good. The hotel is in heart of city so it’s convenient to go anywhere. All staff is very nice and cooperative. Only some mobile network problem is there. That you have to salve it with installing good quality boosters.
