Insta worth Esthetic very clean and hygiene stay it was. host and staff were very polite

It was really a nice experience very homey vibe neat and clean and with good ambiance

The stay is beautiful and very well maintained by the host. The host gave us a very warm welcome. The stay is unique in its ways as it is close to the metro station, gives a lot of balcony space, a lot of space for you to chill out and perfect ambience.

we checked in 10 at night I was so tired due to travelling next day we had meeting with doctor because of no wi fi I was unable to do my office work and at the same time they haven't provided us blanket we could not sleep all over night n in morning one aunty came n started ringing bell is it your amenities? n then I requested for little late check out they denied because of you we couldn't sleep . harassing stay n last but not the least it was on 4th floor we had luggage there is no lift n they told stay is full for next day they can't give use one hour is also they lie because it was available on mmt.

This was my worst stay in Delhi or anywhere, the property is not at all how it looks in photos and also the property manager was not considerate at all we checked in late at night and was at our door 10am in the morning shouting for check out. Terrible room.

A bit misleading- picture and real place are different, wifi was not available, ac was tripping and the bathroom is not attached. No parking and no lift which was communicated as well. Totally not worth the price. Should’ve been cheaper

The stay and the facilities are very good. The owner of the apartment is very friendly. The apartments looks the same as shown in the picture. Very soon, I will be booking it again😊

First of all there was no caretaker at this property and it’s not as shown as in the pictures. The flat is on 4th floor and there’s no lift. The host is not at all cooperative, she did not even wait for an hour for the checkout. The terrace is very bad and not as shown in the photos.

It's a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. Location is very good and close to local market. This place is very well maintained.

- you need to really put all out all information before someone books your place. It is extremely misleading. - the fact that your bathroom is more like an outhouse that too outside the stay is not okay as hidden information. As a single girl travel-ling to a city like delhi, i would not have booked your stay. - the wifi never worked, there was no water & it mentions you have a refrigerator which is false. This means that the place is not checked thoroughly before someone checks in. - the reason why someone books your airbnb is because they are travel-ling from outside the city, which means luggage and that definitely doesnt work when i have to climb 5 floors with bags. - your motor situation in the bathroom doesnt work, i was running late and there was no water, my 15 min shower turned into 30 mins since i had to keep switching it on and off waiting for drops of water to fill the bucket. - your pd f serves no purpose if the information given in it doesnt match or is incorrect. - nobody called me and explained to me the self check in process, i didnt know where keys were and the map location is incorrect. Really guys, there are reasons why delhi is a red flag city and experiences like these just add to it.

I'll start with the positives: the place is located in a nice and safe residential colony. The property is aesthetically very well arranged. What impressed me most, however, was the friendliness and the responsiveness of the hosts. Any issues we had we very promptly attended to. There are more than enough basic amenities in the kitchen and the rooms. The place itself is very cozy and cute (it's a bit smaller than it seems in the photos but i would hardly say that it's too small. The open area/terrace is a great place for spending a nice evening, with perfect lighting. Oh and the checkin process was pretty smooth too. Now some issues that we faced, or rather, some suggestions for improvement: it was raining during our entire stay and the back wall started leaking. The host assured us that this will be attended to as soon as possible. But we had to step out into the rain if we had to go to the loo, which was a little inconvenient. This is something that one should consider if they're expecting rains during their stay another thing is that the washroom itself is extremely small. We couldn't use the wifi because we couldn't figure out how to switch it on, but since our stay was short and we had sufficient data, we didn't ask the host about it. I'm sure that if you ask them, they'll help you figure it out. Overall, the place is nice, and the hosts are great. I would definitely recommend staying here in non-rainy season.
