Room Stay good No toiletries in bathroom Breakfast arrangement poor Avoid breakfast booking with room charges

Food was littlebit good.not upto the mark .staffs r uneducated. Cleaning is bad.no linen changes for my stay of 6 days.night shift reception was very rude.location is fine.

Location was bit average, food was very terrible, evening tea was not available. They switched off our AC. And property had tons of cockroaches.

Worse system. No cleanliness and housekeeping. They switch off ac and lift as per their choice. Untidy toilet.i need refund of my stay.

The facilities and cleanliness is very bad. The rooms had a very bad stench and toilets were very dirty and unhygienic. Bed sheets were dirty and smelly. This place needs very good maintenance to be in business.

Location - Easy to find Room size - Perfect for two people Cleanliness - Average. Hospitality - Needs to improve. During our stay we had a requirement of a couple of things and for that we needed to call multiple times. Despite their acknowledgement no one came to assist

hotel was. good. and it's affordable and best pricing as per the place. it is close to 2 metro 🚇 stations and provide ease of commute. 1 airport is also near by. so it is over-all at great place.

Staff is not cooperative at all. We asked for tea in the morning and they denied at once. N when its was turn for free breakfast they offered only two plain breads. Lots of insects in the room.

This place was good. And staff was cooperative and outside food was allowed and that was a great deal. Rest it is in nehru nagar and close to most of the metro stations.

The hotel denied the checkinn latw night at 11:45 Pm and didn’t got any support from make my trip team too very pathetic service by hotel as well as by make my trip agents also.

Terrible ugly stay, wastage of money. I booked with complimentary breakfast and i got only 1 pcs of bread. Not good for family and couples.

Had a great stay! The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing a late check-out and securely storing my luggage after check-out. Clean rooms and excellent service—highly recommend!
