We arrived at the hotel late at night after a long journey and found that the restaurant had already closed by 11 PM. In this emergency situation, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and arranged online food for us. Their support and quick response really made a difference. We sincerely thank the hotel staff for their excellent service and kind assistance.

Location was good, stay was really comfortable, clean rooms and staff was really helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay if someone is looking for a comfortable stay. Food was really great too.

The overall stay was just okay, not particularly pleasant. Several issues affected our experience: . When we arrived in the evening, our room was not ready. . A temporary room was offered, which we used for barely 10 minutes before heading out for dinner. We asked for our luggage to be moved to the actual room once it was ready — this was not done, and we had to retrieve it at 10 PM. . The lift was not working, and we were told it would be fixed soon. However, we had to climb to the 3rd floor. . The manager at the reception was unhelpful and dismissive — no acknowledgment of these issues. . The room was booked for three people, but only two towels and water bottles were provided. . No soap bar was available, and the liquid soap dispensers were empty. . There was waterlogging in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use. These issues reflect a lack of attention to basic guest needs and poor service standards. I hope you will take this feedback positively and improvements will be made.

Location is not very good. Food, breakfast and all other amenities are very good. Hotel service is very good.

Decent hotel for stay and food was also good. However doesn't have sufficient ventilation as rooms are very compact.

Place was clean & hygienic. Staff was well mannered ,friendly & cordial . Location was not too far from aerocity metro station .

Good stay at a good area. Rooms are neat and clean and staff is also very responsive. Rooms are spacious with a lot of amenities. Must recommend.

The check-in was smooth and the room was good. Clean washroom with all the amenities. Also, the hotel is 5 mins walk from the metro station, so overall it was a good experience.
