Bad condition of rooms 3rd class facilities

306 room ambience is good. But street location is not good. Staffs hospitality is good but tv options and lift facility not good.

Excellent property location, very central to access all renowned places in new delhi. Very close and walkable distance to karol bagh metro clean rooms, good bathroom, good food on order overall excellent and pocket friendly

The hotel is very average catageory and not worth paying rs. 4122. The same rooms are available for rs2500 but mm t sold me at a very high rate. Over all its not a very good deal

Nice people, very cooperative. Management is very closely monitoring the activities so good service is offered by the hotel staff

We experienced way better hotels in the this price range close by with cleaner and better surroundings and facilities. Receptionists were not very welcoming with their body language and communication with us since check-in (couple). They asked to order the from the hotel menu as the buffet due to less customers was not made and then literally had to have an argument to get what we wanted. MMT assured is losing assurance with this tag. Please act MMT

Good room amenities with good & clean Bathrooms. Location is easily approachable. Food and breakfast is good. Will suggest to accommodate here and then create your own view. The receptionist care is good and humble. Things rooms are clean and everything is well placed.

I am regular guest of Bill Palace since last 20 years. The owner are very nice people having many hotels nearby. But they have to take care of Bill Palace. Rude staff lazy waiters. Food taste changed to low... Even on reception after 8 pm no body pick the phone. Only one 9 number is for Room keeping.

Wonderful hospitality at hotel Bill Palace. Warm welcome from all staff. Very courteous people who always greeted with a smile. The location is very close to shopping areas and metro station. Variety of food provided for breakfast. Definitely recommend.

I have stayed for 2 day and hotel is not good. Rooms are OK. In morning at the time of breakfast I was taking cold milk and I have found worms in milk so, I told to waiter so he told it not worms it malai, I have told see they are moving then he told they might have not washed flask portly so it came. So please I will not recommend you this hotel at all.

Cleaned Rooms, All the room equipment's properly placed & working, bathroom well arranged. Safe to stay. The food quality and preparation is loved by me all the things we need in the remote to home was provided by them I. E. Good hospitality. Like to stay.

The hotel is safe and best for female travelers. Near to shopping hub, Karol bagh and Ajmal khan road in New Delhi. Rooms are clean. I had stayed in this hotel many times since many years. Through MakeMyTrip I got extra discount with breakfast. Service and food excellent.

A very simple and straight forward hotel. Value for money. Almost 1000 meters walk from the nearest metro station (karolbagh). Very neat and clean compared to other Karol bagh hotels. Well lit, clean and decent room. TV and AC good. Decently prized airport drops ( needs negotiation)

I and my wife went to delhi for 2 days. We stayed in Bill Palace for the 1st time and we were bit concerned regarding our stay, but i got very good response at this hotel. ppl are caring and staffs are good. we had a nice stay there and i wish whenever we will go to delhi we will stay in the same hotel.

It is not a hotel but a home with family members far from home
