The stay was comfortable and staff was also decent, centrally located hotel with clean and nice linen , food was also good will surely recommend to my friends and relatives as many of them travel frequently to delhi and north india

"we recently stayed at kedar valley resort with my family in the last week of october 2024, booking two rooms for our night’s stay. Overall, our experience was enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were supportive and welcoming, adding a lot to the positive vibe of our stay. One area that could use some attention is the restaurant. It would benefit from a bit more focus from management to make the dining experience as delightful as the rest of the resort. With some improvements in this area, i believe the resort could offer an even more memorable stay. We look forward to visiting again and seeing how the resort evolves. Thank you to the kedar valley team for a pleasant stay"

It was a pleasant stay with the ambience n location too comfortable along-with the service n general behaviour of staff. Room was spacious enough n the maintenance was good. Nice hotel at last at a reasonable price.

Breakfast is same. Food is good. People's behaviour good. Rooms are dirty. Have to be painted. Cloths are dirty

Food was so so but the room size is so small and behaviour of staff was not acceptable. Plate we have demanded and they refused

Location is good, near by metro but it's lane is narrow & can't enter any cab. But just a few meters can hire cab. Food quality is very bad, wash room not good. Staffs are good in behaviour.

There was a very strong smell in the bathroom of room number 104, which was coming out of the room....

The hotel is located in the middle of karol bagh market. I will give 100 points for the location. The hotel was clean. It's a well maintained hotel. The food is good. The breakfast is limited but tast wise was good. Service wise the hotel staff is polite and prompt

200 metres from metro, flea market is just next lane of hotel, breakfast was very tasty, helpful staff & very clean room.

The location is just a 5 min walk from the karol bagh metro station, they provide all amenities mentioned at time of booking. Neat and clean, overall nice experience of staying.

I found property location by make my trip wt s app message they. Send details of property clearly and also gave location link mobile numbers. Really it's good to stay. Budget friendly.

I my package their is free breakfast but their jain options is not available so i have not taken breakfast both day but they are not given me any complaintery wide my breakfast

At night i have reached the hotel receptionist of hotel in night is rude and arrogant early morning i have checked out because of him terrible experience never ever visit again

Pathetic, unhygienic bedsheet, mattress, pillows, fan only works on full speed, ac is on dead bed, i won't recommend and also not good for family

Excellent stay. Very supportive staff. From reception the courtesy starts. Very well behaved staff. Value for. Very close to the famous karolbaug market close to karolbaug metro station. Neat rooms. Comfortable stay.

The hotel looks very good from outside but the rooms inside are not well maintained, like there is minimal lighting which makes the rooms look very dull, the water heating kettle was not working at all, the tv was not working at all and even the telephone for contacting the reception was not working which made us little discomfort, also beded sheets and pillow covers need to me more clean
