we go there at night tym n manager said there was no room avlbl in Hotel. it's worst experience .specially when u reach at late night

Worst experience, Manager is very arrogant , no hand wash , no towel , no hot water , room not clean

The location is inside the main road and a little far from chandani chowk and lal killa. The experience was good and the breakfast was good .

Rooms are good but the ac in the room was old window AC, which was very noisy and the temperature was set to 24 not changeable.They didn't provide Tv remote. Breakfast is very average, not tasty and the service in the canteen was very worst. But the food served in the room is good and tasty. overall I will not suggest this hotel for a business class people.

Very very unhygienic rooms old construction I don’t know how make my trip list these types hotel very poor service even hotel, staff and owner is not supporting. I am requesting to change my room, but they didn’t change my room and Wi-Fi and TV is not properly working.

Good for medium one night stay. Located in the market. Clean rooms and linen. Newly fitted bathroom fitting.

Terrible hotel. When i reached there they mentioned that hotel is sold out despite i having confirmed booking from make my trip

Room is not upto the mark doors are jammed. Bathroom is not tidy damp all over the room. Room service is good although.

I had very bad experience in the hotel. Room service was very bad. Hot running was not provided. Breakfast was provided very late. Towel was not provided in time.

Even after complete full amount booking, twin bed room was not allocated, instead single bed room was given to us. After several conversations with the owner, finally after 1 hr they gave us twin bed room which they sold initially to someone on hourly basis. No parking space was given. Water bottles were charged even though it was free and complimentary. Poor maintenance. However lastly food was good.

Very very bad experience with o delhi hotel team. After call comformation we reach late night 1:30pm. But they denied for room availability. And also denied for payment return. After 1hour conversation they gives us a room in an other hotel at 3:00am that was very cheaper n dirty room n washroom

Ac is not working wifi failure wash basin pipe jam

The stay was average. There were no supplies in the room, i had to remind and ask for everything. The bed was not comfortable.

Cleanliness-0 maintenance-0 ambiance-0 service-ok not satisfactory up to the mark compare to other same budget hotels. Hotle is too old now needs renuations/ main door locks not working fine/water leakages in wash room/daily routine cleanliness not happening properly!

Very dirty rooms full of cockroaches didn’t even serve breakfast even though we had paid for it

Room cleaning was not done during entire 2 days of stay. Ac remote was not available, had to go to near it to switch it on or off. A lizard was roaming on the ground with us.

Good experience, and healthy staff behaviour, food quality and taste was good.
