Hotel room good AC working properly, good staff, I booked cab through hotel for local sight seeing, total 5persons they provide very good condition new model car Renault lodgy, excellent driver, polite. Purchasing it is best location, karol baug metro station near.

Such a worst experience, ill mannered staff they don't know even how to talk to customer, although I have made payment through net banking, they want another payment for same booking and they are not accepting the hotel confirmation voucher as payment proof, they are asking for full bank statement for payment confirmation such people with no knowledge, they don't know confirmation comes only after payment, Guys please don't go with this hotel.

Each time the staff were screaming, saying 'whenevr we ask for something they use to say they dint get the payment ffrom MMt yet' and the room condition was very bad infact we can see atleast 25 bedbugs in each of the bed...!!!! will never suggest this hotel to anyone... this is my worst experience with the booking done with MMT.
