Hotel service was good. But hotel air conditioner(ac) was not working properly sevice karani ki zarurt hai. And hotel washroom is not cleaning properly saaf safai nahi tho and didn't give a breakfast free for 5 days , as i on a duty time . And their is no lift That's all

The place was good but not that great. Also, not all the facilities mentioned in the description was available as to iron my clothes i had to go to another lane that was almost 100 meters away from the hotel.

Disappointing stay

Location - central location with easy connectivity for metro and cabs. However, the cabs do not reach the hotel gates and you need to be walk 2mins to reach the mapped location food - ordered dinner, taste was average and few of the dishes are unavailable on the menu. Breakfast was limited options and the quality was not great. Amenities - basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste was unavailable. Towel was torn and there is no hot water throughout the day. Room is spacious and well lit.

Very good and helpful hosts. Clean rooms. Great food. Awesome location. Only negative being that one section doesn't have elevator. Had my aged parents who had to take two flights of stairs twice everyday.
