Our stay was good. They provided us extra mattress as per our requirement. However the room was smelly and they didn't help us on this. Also the lift was off for the whole 3 days of our stay. Which caused unacceptable inconvenience.

Room was very neat, hot water availabilty and locker facility were good. Tea kettle provided also good. Service also good. Hotels location is very convenient to go for sightseeing, to get taxi and also to reach the airport. There was a loose connection for some lights in the room and TV channels were not working.

Property's location is good, but close to main road and it causes lot of sounds throughout the night due to vehicular movement and horns of truck, cars , bikes. Rooms were good and their own restaurant is there. Services also good.

Disappointing stay: poor cleanliness and unhelpful staff

The stay was disappointing due to several issues with cleanliness and staff behavior. The room and common areas were noticeably unclean, with dust and stains left unattended. Additionally, the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel.
