It was a good stay. Good room service and awesome amenities with good ambience and ample amount of food options near the stay.

The stat was good, property is well connected and rooms are neat, cleand a d spacious. Water supply is adequete, ac is working good. Wifi is strong. Staff is polite and well behaved.

The rooms are a bit old and the wood seemed to be chipping off the doors and cupboards. The room was infested with mosquitos and cockroaches. Loud noises in the reception could be well heard in the room - one particular incident of the housekeeping fighting with the front desk. The hotel is located in a lane and is surrounded by PG accommodation. That said, there are plenty of eateries around the place. Entrance is from the basement and there is no lift from there l. I had to drag my luggage to the reception on the first floorz from where there is a lift. There are no helps or staff to help you.

Hotel is neatly maintained,staff are very courteous, nice and very helpful. Cleaning is done on regular basis ..new bedsheets and pillow covers are changed up on cleaning..Thankyou Hotel LiV Team.

Good stay, nice cozy rooms. Bed sheets were clean and pillows were also clean. Hot water all the time
