Worst stay at transit hotel… very first thing i had to do is replace towels, bedsheets as they were having stains and not sure how room cleaning was done. Worst property as the rates are closer to 4 star but services are like 2 star

Good rooms, infra, clean, neat and well equipped. No one picks phone if you call-Reception, Housekeeping, dining. Not even emergency! And given 3 properties (two of which are lounges), extremely confusing. Bookings clearly does not show the location (this is in arrival, pillar 11). Had to call three different nos to find out.

The room was good spacious. When ever we flush the toilet all the toilet water fell on floor. We had to clean floor each time. When we complained all they said is use small flush. But toilet doesnt get clean with small flush. If knew about this i wouldnt have booked here. Wasted my money.
