Good location but poor room ambiance. No space for parking and staff is not polite

Very bad experience in all things , its very difficult to fine the hotel as described in location , poor service, terrible conditions of the rooms as well not recommended. Worst experience with this hotel , the property doesn’t match with its location very difficult to fine , no response staffs , washrooms are in dirty condition, not recommended

it's very stinky and the room is unhygienic and I checked out the hotel within 1hr, rooms shown on make my trip and the reality is completely different, I already asked for refund and sent the pictures of the room, but still now there is no response from your side

We are from tamilnadu. We know this hotel by our professor. It's easy to access and reach. All facilities are good.

Very average hotel for stay. Just for night stay, please do not expect amenities and services. They even do not provide basic things like dental kit.

The property was nice but the service was poor. no toiletries provided, even after asked. AC was not working, the window didn't open. So it felt claustrophobic

Dirty and small room with lots off cockroaches and spiders, rates also high as per room categories.

The location is near the metro station. The rooms were not clean enough. The bedsheets looked dirty. The staff was cordial. The location was quiet. Other than this, many relatively good food options outside of the hotel.

Stop he where is very rude it's a very dirty hotel and they are not providing water bottles it's not totally worth it i recommended you

4. Hotel hill palace didn't even provide complimentary water, also room filled with small cockroaches

There was no dental kit and not even the packaged drinking water complimentry

Good stay safe area rooms are average don't buy foods from hotel it is very costly. Food are available near. All over good

we have booked 2 rooms for 2 days. in one of the room geyser was not in operating condition. we asked the receptionist to change the room but they said all room are occupied. so we were forced to bath in ice cold water. I'll never prefer this hotel again
