Good room i stayed for one night easy check in spacious clean good clean washroom helpful staff. Location is good and easy to find.

This is third time i’m staying in this hotel. Room condition is very good and also neatly cleaned.. Hotel staffs are very cooperative, specially “Mr Praveen”. overall nice stay at this place.

The overall cleanliness of the rooms was highly disappointing. The washrooms were particularly unhygienic, with visible stains and an unpleasant odor. Basic cleanliness standards were not maintained, which impacted the overall comfort and experience of the stay. Immediate attention is required to improve housekeeping and hygiene protocols.

Bathroom was not clean and even the air conditioner was stopped for a while and the blanket was teared up from inside and some random thing was there like a camera 📸 so felt privacy issue but not sure.

Nice Rooms and very Polite staffs, would recommend for stays at Karol bhag .A very nice place to stay.

This hotel is located where most of the hotel in karol bagh, The management is good in behavior, I like the pomerian puppy belongs to hotel, friendly and playing with all visitors, they gave me early check in facility and guest entry as well, But unfortunately I was staying in 203 for 4 days, AC, TV, Door Lock, Hot water, Bed itself, all in bad condition, I request the owner of the hotel to refurbish all the rooms to provide quality service. and tell the reception people not be so greedy, because they arranged me a taxi for 750/- ride to H Nizzamuddin railway station, at mid night saying that no other vehicle can enter this area at mid night which was wrong and the taxi driver told me that he has give them big commission,

My hotel stay at vista inn was a terrible experience, not worth the money, The only thing i liked was the response from the staff. Finally i won't suggest this hotel to anyone.

It was Good. only Tv and washroom's exhaust are not working. They need to add some more options in breakfast.
