Property was very clean and neat may be due to recent renovation. Though I informed earlier, Complimentary breakfast was not provided till 8 am. Staff didn't pay much attention to our special requests like earlier breakfast. Though management sent a lot for renovation, few minor mistakes like improper fitting of switch board were found. This again shows lack of focus of staff in renovation. But, finally it is a worthy property for amount paid.

It could be better. Once we reached the Hotel that room they gave us was stinking and after putting things in strong words they changed the room. They could allot the room earlier but they didn't. And they were not that polite

Pathetic service and Property

room ac was not cooling and same with dining area while having breakfast we were sweating. and for breakfast we waited 30 mins for idli n den left, n they wer like aa ra hai, aa ra hai. we booked a room for 2 adult and 2 kids. the house keeping was not ready to provide 4 towels, he gave 1 towel n after requesting 2 more towels. then he said he will give 1 more only after i return him the 1st 3 towels. when i finally got angry he gave me total of 4 towels. toilet flush wash not working many a times. For early checkin at 5am, we already talked with them earlier n they said they will charge 600 rs. n the person at the reception denied ki with 600rs. it's not possible. finally after argument it got settled.

The property is in a good area and very close to the metro station, which was convenient. However, the rooms were not very good, and the washroom was not tidy. The worst part was the construction going on right behind my room, which made the stay quite uncomfortable
