Hotel Krishna - By RCG Hotels

I stay with my family.. great experience. Closest to railway station nd located in middle of the Delhi.. good hospital services.. recommend to every one to stay here.. and cheaper than all hotels also.

This was my 2nd stay in 2 years in Hotel Krishna by RCG from 16-19/Aug 2025 at Room.No 31. I paid in advance for days which was a mistake. Guys at reception have attitude problem. They kept waiting me and wife for almost one hour saying that your room is being prepared. When u book in advance then what is meaning of preparing room.after your arrival ? First evening there central AC remote which is mounted in wall was not working .so I called room service .He came and said kalakari kyo karte ho remote ke sath jaisa set kiya waise chalao. I was shocked o hear this .I waned him for his language. I did not want to create a scene as my wife was with me.He was talking like Delhi Police Inspector born in Haryana .We asked for late check out as our train was at 4 PM So we had 4 hrs to sit somewhere. But they denied. There was a guy at reception whose behavior s not suitable for Hotel Business. So this is enough stay at Hotel Krishna.

Overall staying was good but the control of ac ws not so good enough as the room is spacious need powerfull ac...I stayed last week at mid night ac ws offed automatically compromising my good sleep

room was very good and room was new made and best hotel in pharganj guys prefer to stay in this hotel

Pathetic food and service if you will ask room attendant to buy something from market they will charge you 3 times and will keep max amount of money in their own pocket On app it was mentioned that we will be welcomed with welcome drink but even basics were not their like dental kit, iron, water bottle etc. room was full of mosquitoes I highly recommend not to choose this hotel for your stay

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean & stylish.
