HOTEL SOHANA PALACE

Room is clean, food are not considering the price charged. They have not given the hotel bill saying mmt bill is the final one. Practically I don't have hotel bill with GST detail which can I claim in my office.

Terrible stay, the room was full of some foul smell and bathroom was full of mosquitoes and it was extremely dirty and the room was full of dust .

The hotel took the booking and when i called up in the evening to hotel they said that there is no room vacant

It is located near ramakrishna marg metro station. All the amenities mentioned were present. The staff and services were excellent.

Not a neat blanket provided and when requested for the change the same was not done. Not recommended for stay

Stay was excellent room are clean and great wifi speed very good room service staff are friendly near by new delhi railway station

Overall it was good. room was nice n as per my requirement but daily housekeeping was not up to the mark. Hotel need to pay little more attention towards it, rest was ok. will rate 4 out of 5⭐.

Budget friendly hotel with basic required amenities. We stayed in family suite which quite big enough. 24/7 hot water availability was there. Location wise, it is easily accessible from new delhi railway station and rk ashram metro station.

Pleasant atmosphere , good staff ,good food , clean rooms , good service"👍👍 Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The bed was ,,King-size'' and very comfortable for sleep.

Hotel sohana is excellent hotel for stay with your family, staffs behaviour is good and food also good quality.

Best hotel in the nearby vicinity staff are super helpful and supportive in my checkin and checkout timings by being flexible

the stay at the hotel was bad. room was freshly painted & the room had still a very strong odor of paint. requested them to change the room but was not considered. moreover, there was no hot water in the bathroom, when enquired they said the service engineer has been requested & it would take a couple of days to rectify & therefore had to use cold water for bathing. lastly, the room had no curtains & had mice 🐁 in it, i ordered some food but before i ate that mice tried their hands. thanks.

Its too dirty no cleanness. And veer small room. No dusting has been done

I booked the breakfast in room and I was told that breakfast will not be served as they had stopped the kitchen. Rooms are below average lower rate, rooms not as large as shown.
