Hotel Amar International

Room size was very small as compared to images. No drinking water. No Tea Coffee. No towels. No toilet kit. TV but no service. No hit water for bath. No cleanliness. We booked based on the images at MMT website, but the physical appearance and service were not satisfactory

Location is deep inside for any vehicle to go. I had to walk with all my luggage as cab could not go in. Hotel front is a narrow gali with lot of traffic. Rooms are very very small. This is a below average hotel with a bed and ac.

Ac was not working and i called hotel staff many time but they did not solve the problem. I sleep without ac full night. It was my very bad experience.

Shower not working & bucket also not clean. Had a lot of trouble finding the hotel. There was not even a water bottle in the amenities.

Firstly i reached hotel 10 am. So i requested to check in 2 hour early but he charged 600 for early check in. I have got room very bad situation. In room stay no good service deliver to me like water food. This is the my worst stay at any hotel. So i am giving one star.

Room is ok but amenities not available in the room and should be provide in winter hot pot in the room. Staff is helpful

This is one of the worst hotel i have ever seen, their is no kitchen, no staff will respond you after you checked in, at 1 am someone started knocking my gate suddenly for multiple times no staff respond in call, this is very unprofessional, never suggested as this place is not even safe as in security.

Worst experience. There is a camera hidden inside the mirror at room 104. I checked it with software. That is against privacy. I strongly recommend filing a complaint against this hotel. And the exhaust fan in the bathroom fell on my head. The ceiling is very poor and the room is very small.

Hotel has no kitchen and they switched off the ac after ever hours bad experience charge extra money for food

Location is very good. 7 min walking distance from r. K ashram metro station but staff behaviour, room cleaning is very bad. Hot water is not available in time. Overall my experience is very bad.

Very clean and spacious room with balcony and all amenities. Very co operative staff and the location is too awesome for sure

it's located in a areow galli where a vehicle can't pass, and you have to depend on drivers choice of taking risk to enter, i preferred to walk to main road. The location. Can't be changed but the experience was also terrible. The room was a packed room having no ventilation and hotel has control of ac outside. The phone in the room was dead and they used to turn it off every-time i went outside. So i have to come to desk every-time and request ti turn on the ac. The tv was not running and when i asked about him the person at desk said that the set up is not recharge with. No regret but rudely and looking at me like it's a favor given. Looking the rudeness i dis t ask when it will be recharged and he didn't came forward to inform this. The room was smelling bad and i stayed two. Nights. I couldnt sleep both the nights. Worst ever experience so far.

Room quality is below average. Staff is good.
